Filmhouse Limited in partnership with IMAX Corporation — a Canadian theatre company in over 69 countries and over 100 years combined cinemas experience, officially opened Filmhouse IMAX Cinemas at Lekki Phase 1 on the 9th of September, 2016. FilmHouse now have 10 cinemas across Nigeria, they have cinemas in the locations; Surulere, Kano, Akure, Benin, Porthacourt, Dugbe and Samonda in Ibadan and the Filmhouse IMAX cinema in Ikeja.
