Spectranet data bundle comes in different form. The bundles ranges from N3,000 to N70,000 including some all Nite Plans with 24 hours access on weekends and Public Holidays.

They also include a ‘Free Night’ offer which translates to Unlimited Free Night browsing between 1am – 7am.

How To Login & Check Data Balance on Spectranet Portal

For Active Users

  1. Click the Link here. This will lead you to the Self-care official page.
  2. A page will be displayed where you will be required to Enter your username and password.
  3. Enter your username and password and click on “Sign in”

How to Login For New Users

  1. Click on the link above.
  2. Enter the default username and password that was issued to you at the Spectranet office.
  3. After you login, you’ll be notified to change the default password.
  4. Change the default password to a new one you will use it for subsequent logins.

Note: A default username and password will be issued at the Spectranet office.

This will give you access to the portal anytime. Plus, you can change both username and password if you wish to.

 

Spectranet Self-care Portal

Basically, there are four ways to make payment on the Spectranet self-care portal. They are:

  • In person
  • Online
  • Recharge Voucher
  • Bank Payment – See below the list of various banks and their account numbers to pay into Spectranet account.

Upon completion of payment, scan the payment teller or take a screenshot of the valid transaction and send it to their official email address:  Care@spectranet.com.ng to authenticate your payment.

 

Alternatively; you can make payment via the Self-care portal.

The Self-care portal via (https://selfcare.spectranet.com.ng) allows you to manage your data plans by yourself .

On the portal, you can perform functions such as:

  • Buying new data when your current data has expired,
  • Checking your data balance or expiry date of data,
  • Monitor how much data you’re using and if you’re using it in an office or sharing it with one or more people. Plus monitor devices that are eating up a huge chunk of your data.

 

To check your Spectranet data plan balance, you must have changed your password from the self-care portal when you first logged into the site.

You will be asked to change your password at the point of purchase of the Spectranet Wi-Fi Modem, where you will be issued a login username and password which you will use to login into the self-care portal, then you will be asked to change it after the first login.

How to Pay for Subscription on Spectranet Self-service

  1. Log in to your account
  2. On your dashboard , click on “refill” on the left sidebar.
  3. After clicking on refill you’ll be shown two options:

? Use Prepaid Voucher :Spectranet’s prepaid voucher can be purchased from any of their stores or partners outlet for any of the plans you wish to subscribe for.

If you already have a prepaid voucher, simply click on the “use prepaid voucher” option. You would be redirected to a new page, and be able to input the prepaid voucher pin and refill your account.

Refill your account using Webpay:When you click this option, you’ll be taken to a new page where you’ll be required to input the amount you wish to pay and currency type (The default currency is Naira).

Therefore, simply enter the amount and click submit. This will take you to the Webpay portal. On the portal, you’ll need your ATM details to enable you to pay online.

After refilling your account, go back to your Account Summary page.

Scroll down and look for where you’ll see two options that allows you to either renew your data subscription with your current plan or with a different plan entirely.

Changing your Password On Spectranet

We all have forgotten an important password at one time or the other. Forgetting your login password isn’t different here. If you ever forget your password, simply visit the Self-care portal and click on the forgot password link on the portal. Enter your username and the characters in the Security Image then click the ‘Submit’ button.

You will receive a temporary password instantly via SMS and the e-mail you registered with. Enter the temporary password and you will be granted  access to your Self-care account immediately. Change the temporary password to your preferred password.

Note : Spectranet recommends users to change their login password every month.

How to Check Data Balance on Spectranet

Checking your data balance on Spectranet can be done via 2 methods:

  1. The first is to visit the official site and use the self-care option:

Visit https://selfcare.spectranet.com.ng and find the self-care portal.

Type in your login ID and password and enter the page.

When you do this, you will be able to see your dashboard. Scroll down, and you will see your Spectranet data balance, given in the following sample format: 15:361:23 (GB:MB:KB) This means that your available  data balanceis 15GB, 361MB and 25KB.

  1. The second method you can opt for is to visit the official site and call the customer support number. With this method, the customer support representative (s) will give you the required info as regards the available data balance available on your account.
